It was with this vision in mind that spurred Ms. Shirley Lau to establish A&S Education Team in 2005. Since then, A&S Education Team has internally developed and refined their company name as A&S means Achieve and Success in learning programme that cultivates and develops the whole brain across nine multiple intelligences. With the joint business associate with the SMM Education Group in year 2005, the MRC learning programme has been adopted for early childhood and after school enrichment programme for children ages 2 to 12 years old.

In year 2022 Jan'7, the A&S Advisory Sdn. Bhd. was established to enhance the company operation by focusing in the business development with encounter the field of marketing and property investment.

After over 18 years of maturation, A&S Learning Centre is now operating with 12 centres across Jinjang-Kepong-Jalan Ipoh of Kuala Lumpur.
